Hi Katarina, Thank you kindly for your comments on the actual home. The hard part is as a host writing a review, and this is my first that is negative. I am pretty easy going with rules, but sadly some guests and the family's forget this is someone's home, and would love it left with respect as if it were there own. There was damage to the property sadly, with the slats on the main bed broken from the two young girls using the king beds as trampolines, and baby soiled nappies not binned, empty grog bottles and your early departure after we had discussed a late checkout would be great for you the night before. It is hard to be honest, you have a young baby, but the mum and dad of the youngsters saw the girls jump onto the bed upon arrival, however the behaviour continued. causing damage. The concept of Airbnb for me is for my guests to have a great experience, and sadly the home condition was poor in a lot of areas. At the end of the day, this is my home, and not a place to come and chill out and not clean up afterwards as I always say "you wouldn't treat your Nan's place like this".
