Great upgraded house with two floors close to downtown Chicago. Metra is two blocks away. First floor has living room, Separate formal dining room, kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances, and a half bathroom. Second floor has 2 spacious bedrooms with queen beds. Full bath with luxury towels and toiletries. Large yard with fence and 2 car garage. Washer and Dryer in the basement.

The space
Enjoy this beautiful 2 floor upgraded vintage house. First floor has bright living room with recessed lighting which includes a 55" Smart TV (cable/Netflix) & wifi. Separate formal dining room has plush seating for 6, updated kitchen with quartz countertops and new stainless steel appliances, and a half bathroom. Second floor has 2 spacious bedrooms with comfortable pillow top beds, third room is a private dedicated workspace for you to work remotely. I can add a additional twin bed in office room or in one of the bedrooms if needed. Full bath is fully stocked with luxury towels and toiletries. Large yard with privacy fence and 2 car garage. Washer and Dryer in the basement. No need to rent an apartment or condo when you can have the privacy of a house for the same price.

Convenient transportation options including Metra trains which is only two blocks away and will be a short 20 min commute to downtown or a 20 minute drive to downtown. Minutes away from University of Chicago, Hyde Park, Jackson Park by the upcoming Obama Presidential Library, Golfing at the South Shore Country Club, Lake Michigan, Public Transportation, and grocery stores. CTA buses and easy access to Lake Shore Drive (LSD) and 8 minutes from the I-90/94 expressways. I can assist with getting you Metra and CTA passes in advance of your stay.
