This was an absolutely amazing experience - the property was beautiful, spacious and had the Dordogne river right on the door step. There was also an awesome pool right outside the door. Reg and Allison were incredibly helpful and welcoming and their breakfasts were the best that we had in France! Definitely my favourite Airbnb yet!

What a gorgeous place to stay in the Dordogne region. The location is close to many wonderful sights and Reg and Allison are delightful. The rooms are spectacular along with the stunning views!

We had an amazing time staying at Allison and Reg's bed and breakfast! It was by far our best accommodations in all of France during our 5 week tour. The view of the river and the surroundings are breathtaking and the property's grounds are immaculate and huge. The room itself looks like it is out of a designer magazine with such cool and interesting detail but keeps with the old french farm feel. Super comfy bed and great pillows. OMG and the (URL HIDDEN) good! Fresh, colorful, healthy, and most importantly delicious. They even had options for my vegan husband which believe me in France, or really anywhere traveling, is a rare find. These guys are total professionals. Friendly, helpful, and have great attention to detail. When you stay you will know what I mean. The place and their service is 5 star all the way around! Wish we could have stayed a month!

Generous hosts at a idyllic bnb in sight of the Dordogne river. We loved it so much we extended our stay. Enormous room and salon. Huge tub and shower. Wine was even provided. Reg and Alli even assisted us after getting a bit lost while driving in the dark. Came to meet us in a nearby village. Visited during a cold snap -7c. Wife appreciated the geothermic heated tile floors and warm baths. I appreciated the brisk walks in the morning. An area of intense beauty and rich history. Walnut trees, deer and swans. Languid water and a view of Castelnaud. Just down the road from the small village Saint Julien and across the water from La Roque Gageac (one of the Les Plus Beaux Villages of France). So many attractions in the area. Well worth a visit!

Reg and Allison are super nice, and the place is a slice of heaven - no exaggeration here. The pictures just don't do justice to the beauty and tranquility of their home. Everything is exquisite and carefully thought through. The surroundings are so beautiful it is almost therapeutic. The breakfast is really tasty and healthy. We would be back in a heart beat.

Our short stay was beyond magical. If you are looking for a quiet French countryside escape wrapped in luxurious pampering then we can not recommend Reg and Allison's listing enough! Not only is the surrounding country side one of the most peacefully spellbinding imaginable but Reg and Allison have done wonders with their newly renovated BnB. We felt like both royalty and family from the moment we arrived. Though we weren't able to stay longer we are already making plans to return in the future.
