Fresh apartment with large glazed balcony in south-west orientation. Järvastaden is a nice and quiet area with new productions from 2010 onwards. Families with small children, young couples and seniors live here.

Walking distance of 2.2 km to Friends Arena and Mall of Scandinavia. Bus stop is also right outside with line 505 and 540. From Ulriksdal station there are commuter trains into town or to Arlanda or Uppsala
