Everyone says to us, boah, the bathroom is g....
The kitchen shows the kitchenette including oven, ceramic hob, fridge with 3 freezer drawers, microwave, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, normal mortal filter coffee machine, plus a square dining table and 4 multi-comfortable chairs. Oh yes, there is also a TV with 50 or 55 inches in the kitchen.
The picture shows a smoking and vape room so that the smoker/vaper does not have to leave and the non-smoker is not exposed to the smoke/smoke.
Via the spiral staircase you come down into the windowless, but also for sleeping dark bedrooms with electric ventilation. Sacrifice down the narrow spiral staircase. The closet is 2m wide. The closet still moves a little away from the foot of the bed. The bed is measuring 180x200 and is wonderfully comfortable for deep steady sleep.
The cinema room and bedroom are electrically ventilated by switch pressure. You decide when and for how long.
The cinema room has the dimensions of about 400x500, has LED lighting around and in addition bright ceiling lights that can be switched on or off. The couch elements in the cinema room also invite you to snooze. Everything personally tested :-) You can sleep fantastically on the two lounging areas of the sofas in the cinema room (about 90x200cm). These are also the sleeping places for potential 3rd and 4th guests.
The TV is 75 inches and is brand new, as is the kitchen upstairs and the washing machine and dryer in the bathroom.
Please no children under 12 years (including because of the stairs) and older young people only accompanied by parents.

Other things to note
Several subways are just around the corner, which helps you easily and quickly get around Berlin. Also delicious fast food and late food (these are shops that are very lane, often open at night) are just around the corner. You'll also find restaurants around us.
In your apartment, you can find a QR code, with which you can find many tips and information for Berlin via Google Maps.
Since the apartment is on the upper ground floor, we ask you to pay attention to fully closed windows during your absence and always to close it well. Thank you for this.
Bed 3 and 4 are in the cinema room and you walk through the bedroom over a narrow spiral staircase to the bathroom on the raised ground floor.
Unfortunately, we had 3x bad luck with unbooked multiple guests and some significant damage, all of which are resolved. As a result, we received their fierce, unfair reviews after asserting them. As a result, our review cut has gone down.
If you read the reviews, you'll be able to assess the truth and see that all reviews before and after are great. We are with a lot of effort and love in order to be able to put something aside for the study of our kids. Thank you.
We also point out here again the already mentioned and permitted security camera in the listing, which is located in front of and therefore outside the apartment. It is for your safety.
