Ivy knoll is ideal for couples and families alike. has two spacious bedrooms, one with Kingsize and cot for infants up to two years old and second family bedroom with kingsize and single bed. Spacious Victorian rooms make this a bright and airy property with a large garden. We are pet friendly and have a pet policy in place to ensure that the property retains a high standard of cleanliness for all whether with or without pets..

We expect guests to park to the front of the house to allow our neighbour 24 hour access to her property which is accesses from the rear. Pets are expected to follow our pet policy, which is to be kept under control and not to be allowed on furniture. Full details available on request. We can accommodate more that one dog, however you do need to contact us with details of your dogs, size, breed type etc, as we may allow more smaller dogs.

Ivy Knoll was a fantastic base for exploring the Perthshire highlands and further afield. The house is fantastic (the photos don't do it justice)- there was tons of space and stunning views from each room. It was very clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the garden is lovely. All the communication was very fast, and we had a great trip.

If you're going to be in Scotland then you really should stay in a house like this in a town like this. Everything was great and the house had some lovely antique furniture that we weren't expecting - really added to the character of the place.

Great place. This is the ground floor of this lovely victorian building. A neighbour lives on the upper floor. The back of the house is not part of the accomodation but the front yard is and it's very large and facing south. The view is gorgeous. Nice big rooms with high ceilings as in the photos. It's about the last house up the hill on the edge of Crieff, 5 minutes walk from the Hydro hotel. A pub and shops are all in walking distance. Supermarket is a 5 minute drive. Yet still, this is a very quiet neighbourhood. Location is very central for the area. Trossachs aswell as Stirling and Perth are all within a 30-45 minute drive what made this the perfect place for daytrips and a nice introduction for us to Scotland. We hope to visit again someday, a week was way to short.

We stayed in Crieff for 5 days in August. Catrina made us a great welcome and we absolutely loved Ivy Knoll! It was just what we wanted and needed and absolutely perfect! The house is perfectly furbished, there is everything one needs for a stay. It's a perfect base for visits in Stirling, Glasgow, Edinburgh etc. Thanks to Catrina for the wonderful time!

We arrived and everything was exactly as Catrina said it would be. In fact the heaters were on so that the house was nice and warm as it was a bit chilly and rainy when we arrived. We really loved the space and felt at home. There were shops in walking distance and the area was perfect for sightseeing and walks. We worked our way through Scottish micro-brews (found at the local Co-op) while we cooked lovely dinners. I loved the spacious eat-in kitchen that created a great farm-to-table ambiance. We will most likely return to Scotland in the future and I hope to stay there again. I have already referred friends from Scotland, England and the US to the listing! Too good to keep to one's self.

We are a happy family based in Crieff, a fabulous location for visiting many of Scotland best bits, we have converted part of our historic 200 year old building, originally a distillery and later the Drill Hall, for the Perthshire Volunteers, Black Watch into a fabulous annex which is now available for self catering rental.
