The space

Our bungalow is located on Ayika farm in the heart of a sugar cane plantation about 14km from the hustle and bustle of Kisumu city. The bungalow sits on about 4 acres of land at the foot of Nandi hills. Our guests get to enjoy the rustic charm of our location but with modern amenities such as full kitchen, en-suite bedrooms and laundry facilities. The house has an outdoor gazebo where you can sit and enjoy the afternoon breeze. Visit the dairy farm and or spend your time among the chickens, fruit gardens and explore the road that takes you to the foot of the hills.

Guest access

Guests will have access to the entire bungalow which includes 3 en-suite bedrooms each with a queen bed as well as a fully furnished living room, kitchen and dining area. It sits on a large compound and rest area. All the rooms are fitted with ceiling fans. It has a perimeter fence with an alarm system and a two car garage that is lockable.
