Enjoy a rustic sophistication with modern amenities at this standalone home centrally located within walking distance of Downtown Sunnyvale, Whole Foods, and Target, and Caltrain Station.

This home features designer finishes and furniture, a state of the art private washer / dryer, a gourmet chef's kitchen, an outdoor seating area, landscape lighting, smart lock, a veggie garden, and black out blinds (not photographed).

Within 15 min drive to Goo Gle, FB, MSF and other high tech companies.

Other things to note
The house is next to Central Expressway. Traffic noise can be heard throughout the day and night. The noise level is moderate, but tends to be quieter at night, especially after windows are closed. If you're a light sleeper, we recommend bringing earplugs or skip.
