Villa Le Pré Fleuri is a charming retreat in the picturesque Alpino area.

Set on a sloping garden along the route to Mottarone, it boasts stunning Lake Maggiore views framed by majestic trees.

Thoughtfully renovated to blend modern comforts with timeless elegance, the home retains its traditionally decorated façade. Recognized for its exceptional design, Villa Le Pré Fleuri was proudly voted House of the Year 2024 by readers of Casa Facile.

The space
The open interior offers a spacious living area on the ground floor, featuring a double-height entrance that provides access to the kitchen, dining room, and living areas.

The custom kitchen is designed for cooking and enjoying local ingredients, equipped with a top of the line Miele appliances. Three French doors frame the view and lead to an expansive decked terrace. A grand, gas fireplace anchors the living area and can be enjoyed throughout the ground floor. There is a mud room and shower on the ground floor as well. The neutral-colored walls and furnishings create a striking contrast against the warm wood flooring and exposed wooden beams that extend throughout the house creating a calm and welcoming design.

A bespoke, metal and wood staircase connects all three levels of the building.

The first floor is composed of three spacious bedrooms, two of which are en-suite. A third family bathroom is located off the landing. This level boasts abundant natural light streaming through the expansive windows along the roofline, creating a seamless integration with the surrounding nature.

The lower level offers a sleeping area with a private patio, bathroom en-suite and laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer.

Le Pré Fleuri represents a remarkable transformation of a historical villa into a contemporary property. Through a harmonious blend of architectural enhancements, strategic interior redesign, bespoke furniture, and the preservation of historical elements, come and enjoy the unique living experience.
