Apartment facing the sea, located in the old chapel area. 3 bedrooms with 2 queen size beds and 1 sofa bed, all with individual air conditioning.

Exceptional sea views from the living room and veranda upstairs. The neighborhood is very lively in summer with its many shops, bars and restaurants at the foot of the building. Paid parking lot directly across. Beaches right across. Bus 19 at the foot of the building. An ideal location to spend your holidays in Marseille!

On the ground floor, spacious air-conditioned living room with sea views. The double glazing allows good soundproofing. The kitchen is fully equipped and is open to the living room.
Upstairs, you have access to the 3 air-conditioned bedrooms and one bathroom with bathtub.
Bedroom 1 has sea view with access to the veranda with billiards table available. Perfect for watching sunsets.
