Our cabin is on the escarpment with views across the valley and out to the ocean and nestled in the rainforest. It was lovingly built from objects and materials found, gifted or recycled to provide a true mountain experience. It is not suitable for children or people with mobility issues due to the stairs down to the cabin and verandahs.
There are certain areas we ask you not to explore/enter for the privacy of others and your own safety and a map is provided outlining those areas. Our mountain paradise is such because of the peace and quiet it brings so we ask that noise be kept to a minimum with no loud music and when entering the property late in the evening to keep noise to a minimum. Please leave the cabin in the same clean state that you found it in. As listed in the description the cabin is decorated with tapa cloth please refrain from touching as it is delicate and precious to us. Definitely no smoking. No additional guests.
No filming or photography unless otherwise discussed.
Of course, if you are staying and wish to give us a shout out on or on your travel blog we welcome it but would love to know if this happens so we can follow/like. Follow us on @plantation_accommodation

I am an Australian Producer/Director married to a cinematographer. We have three children (21, 16 and 12 years). We live between our home in the mountains outside Brisbane, surrounded by rainforest and views to the ocean and our inner city, West End house. I love design, art, gardening, keeping fit, travel, music, reading, this list goes on and on. Our daughter is a fluent French speaker and understands a little Spanish so she can always help if you need translation.
