Located near Wallingford train station, and downtown Wallingford, guests have easy access to restaurants, Quinnipiac Trial (great for running, biking), Wallingford Vineyards and the Toyota Oakdale Theater.

First month not refundable, 30-day notice for cancellation
SMOKING: Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the unit. There will be a minimum $250 penalty fee if it is determined that there was smoking in your unit during your reservation time.
GATHERINGS: We know you are coming for a change in pace or setting, but out of respect to the other tenants and neighbors, NO PARTIES- Thank you!
PARKING: There is off-street parking available for 1 car, one per bedroom. On street parking is available for additional vehicles and vistors- NO EXCEPTIONS!
QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. Guest are responsible for the conduct of all persons in their units.
SECURITY: For security reasons, there are audio/video cameras on the outside of the house. My husband has garages in the back of the house and has them there for added security.
PETS: Only 1 pet allowed in unit, additional fees may apply for >1 pet. Due to our insurance policy, only certain dogs are allowed. Please ask before booking if this applies to you. As a mutual pet owner, I trust you to manage your pets in the presence of other guests for safety and health reasons.
CHECK IN /OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
Check-in/ out: Requests for earlier check-in or a later check-out may be accommodated based on the current booking schedule. Please note, consent is required along w/an additional fee of $75.
PROPERTY MAINTENANCE /TRASH/COVID 19 precautions:
The apt is professionally cleaned biweekly, prior to and after each stay (cleaners will not enter your bedroom area while occupied, just common areas), please notify me if there is any mishap that requires a cleaning sooner than expected.
Weekly or Extended Stays: you will need to take out the trash &/or recycle bins to the curb every Monday evening and recycling every other Monday evening for Tuesday pick-up. Masks are supplied upon request, as well as cleaners and purell hand sanitizer.
Also, please do not put holes in or place frames on the wall. I have provided a list of amenities included in the unit. If you need something that is not listed, you have to buy them and understand I will not reimburse you.
