Take it easy at this unique detached Barn and tranquil getaway for you and your dog . Located at the foot of the Mendip Hills in a quiet village 4 miles from the city of Wells. Perfect to visit Wells, Bath, Bristol, Glastonbury and nearby seaside Weston super mare. Village pub offering great food (dogs allowed) and a community shop with local produce strawberries/bread. The recently renovated kitchen and bathroom, Towels all available, tea towel and dishcloth washing up liquid. Dehumidifier

The space
Large fully fitted and equipped kitchen and dining area with seating for 4. Moving from kitchen into a spacious lounge with double opening patio doors leading out into patio area with out door seats and table. The lounge has a 3 seater sofa and arm chair with a range of dvd’s to watch on the tv and a selection of books all located on the bookshelf.
The stairway leads up to bedroom one a large spacious room with a brand new double bed, and bedroom 2 a smaller room with a single bed. The newly renovated bathroom has a walk in glass shower and lots of towel rails to dry wet towels.
All rooms upstairs have sky velux windows for privacy and one window from main bedroom has a wonderful view of the Somerset countryside.
There is a west facing patio area with table and chairs to enjoy the sunsets and last sunshine of the day.
There is a parking space next to property and patio area for ease of entry to property.
The garden is walled and secluded and has a rose filled border and flower bed with a small lawn area and rotary clothes line .

Guest access
The property has its own driveway and car space for one vehicle . The outside has solar lights for nighttime vision around the property and sitting out in the evening.

Other things to note
Local to nearby Cheddar gorge and caves, Wookey Hole caves. The smallest City Wells in the UK providing an open air market (Wednesdays and Saturdays) and explore the Cathedral, Bishops Palace gardens and moat, with many local restaurants and coffee shops. There is a small cinema with top released films, a leisure centre with swimming pool and gym. Many local supermarkets Waitrose, Tesco, Morrison, Spar and some excellent restaurants offering traditional British cuisine, French, Italian, Indian and Chinese and Fish & Chips takeaways.
