Accommodation located on the first floor, with two bedrooms, open kitchen, bathroom, wifi, parking outside and also inside the garden. A 5 minutes walk from the beach and the center of S'Agaró.

The space
First floor apartment with a large garden of 30m2 with barbecue and table/chairs. Two double bedrooms, one bathroom, open kitchen, WIFI, parking space. The beach of S'Agaró is 500 meters away, from the apartment is 8 minutes walking with a gentle slope. The apartment is very practical, it is accessed from the terrace by a door with lock (if there are small children or pets can be locked). The sleeping area is separated by a door from the living room. It has two double bedrooms (two double beds and two single beds) and two bathrooms (one with shower and one with bathtub). The accommodation communicates with the Carrilet Greenway through the parking area, ideal for walking, jogging, cycling, etc.... (the Greenway starts in Sant Feliu de Guíxols and ends in Olot). It is located in a very quiet and familiar area only 8 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the main stores of S'Agaró.

Other things to note
Bed linen (sheets, towels and tablecloth) is included. High chair and cot are available for guests on request. Pets are allowed under authorisation and with a supplementary cost of 35 euros for extra cleaning.
