Smithfield Market has steadily become the Civic Centre Area of the City and is a bustle of vive and fervour but not in an overly way like some of the late nightspots nearby.

Whilst we are flexible on check in times after 4pm we do need your co operation in fixing an arrival time. We do not live at this residence and need to sync our meeting time and arrival with yours.
Please wait at least 4 minutes after the washing cycle has finished before opening the door of the washing machine. Do not force it as replacement or repair is expensive.

Thank you Micheal for this excellent stay at your flat!The flat was exactly as in the pictures. It was clean and spacious. Micheal showed us the flat and answer to all our questions regarding the facilities around (supermarket, Irish pub, transports,...). I surely recommend this place!

The apartment is 100% like the pictures and is in an excellent location. Only 1-2 minutes to the LUA-Stop and 15 min walk to Temple Bar, so this apartment is perfect for discovering Dublin. We enjoyed our stay and we definitely would come again.

Michael was great and very accommodating. The apt is a corner unit so we had great views and its a short 15 min walk to Temple Bar. Very ideal. Amazing coffee shop as you step out the doors and a fantastic cinema.

Overall our stay at Michael's was good. Location decent and plenty of space in the unit. Unit could have been cleaner and the kitchen oven and freezer weren't usable but we made due. I would recommend the place despite these blips.

Jessica I'm so sorry to hear about the issues you have raised. You did contact me at midnight almost by message and we responded immediately showing you how the oven worked. We have since defrosted the Refrigerator but weren't aware of this problem and although you say you reached out you never raised this so I'm sorry again as we can only do our best to remedy what you tell us about. As I said I did call on you and gave you all my contact details and asked that you so contact us if you needed anything. As for the cleanliness I am surprised and we will keep a much closer eye on next number of cleans so thank you for this. By and large though given the floors are all wooden its relatively easier to manage this and our cleaners do generally do a good job. I have to say though you left Apt in a bit of a mess yourselves which is fine and no big deal. We are a little disappointed with the noise complaints we received since from neighbours and I did mention in person the need for observing the need for respecting the rights of our neighbours as per house and community rules. Finally you will recall we got you checked in early and provided many consumable items for you and its again a little deflating that you overlook this in your appraisal. Anyways the most important thing of course is that you all enjoyed your stay and congratulations to all of you an your successful marathon completions. We would gladly welcome you back anytime if you come again. Many thanks
