Room in a rental unit

Your own room in a home, plus access to shared spaces.
Perfectly located between Copacabana and Ipanema, this apartment rests above the trees with a great view of the sea. One block from the metro for easy access to explore Rio or three blocks from the beach to relax, offering a unique place to stay.

The bedroom features a private ensuite bathroom with AC and a ceiling fan. Black out curtains and a comfortable bed + good sheets / towels.

Host: 34yr, gay/queer from the US, international last 10 years.

The space
The living room provides a great view with ample seating for movie nights on the projector. It is open to the dining room as well were I like to provide breakfast, usually homemade granola with papaya and yogurt. If you need a work space it can certainly double as a desk.

The kitchen is stocked with nice pots and pans, plus electronics if you feel like cooking. Plus a laundry area for washing.

I welcome people to make themselves at home. I usually am working in my own office area or off doing my own things.

I’m happy connecting with guests or leaving them to enjoy this amazing city.

There is a front entrance and service entrance. Service entrance does have a space to wash off the sand from the beach, plus easy access to recycling and a garbage chute.

Guests are welcome to reach out through the application or however they are comfortable.

I love to prove recommendations, get to know people, and also respect and hope people enjoy the apartment and Rio as they wish. (If that means not so much interaction lol)
