The space
This Guestroom/Studio Villa sleeps 4 people: King bed, sofabed and Kitchenette with microwave, mini-fridge, coffee maker, and furnished balcony/patio. Shared Washer/Dryer available on-site with community BBQ Grills near your villa, beautiful grounds and access to all the resort amenities: Fire Pit, golf, 2 basketball courts, 24 hr fitness center, 7 sparkling pools, bar and food service and much more.
If assigned a 2nd level Villa, there is no elevator, so you will have to ascend via a 20 step staircase. Marriott staff can assist you if needed.

The maximum number of parking permits when renting a Studio unit is 2.
The maximum number of parking permits when renting a One-bedroom unit is 2.
The maximum number of parking permits when renting a Two-bedroom unit is 4.
Given the number of parking permits each unit is allowed, parking spaces are limited to the total number of spaces on the resort property. Parking spaces are not assigned. Finding a particular kind of available parking space is not guaranteed. If a particular parking lot is full, you may need to search for an available parking space in other parking lots on the resort property. Finding an available parking space is not guaranteed.
Your unit will have bath towels. If you request an additional 4 bath towels, you will be charged $10. If you request an additional 8 bath towels, you will be charged $20. One-bedroom units and Two-bedroom units have a washer and dryer, so guests are expected to wash and dry the provided bath towels instead of requesting additional bath towels. Although Studio units do not have a washer and dryer, you will still be charged $10 for any request of 4 additional bath towels.

NEW MARRIOTT REQUIREMENT: In your Airbnb booking request, please send me your (1) first and last name as stated on your Identification Card (ID), (2) address and (3) email so I can attach this information to your reservation. This is mandatory for the Marriott front desk to allow you to check in. If you will not be the guest to check-in, please tell me who will be checking in, your relation to that person, and send me the above info of the guest who will be checking in.

Guests will check-in at the lobby. The guest checking in must provide a Country/Government/State issued Identification Card (I.D.) or Passport and a credit/debit card that matches the name on the Identification Card or Passport, which will be used for the refundable deposit and incidentals ($50 per night, capped at $250 maximum. E.g. 4 night stay = $200, 6 night stay = $250 rather than $300). This is required and mandatory, you will not be able to check in otherwise. No exceptions will be made.

Guests with assistance animals — due to extremely severe allergies, I have been granted an exception by Airbnb that does not require me to host or accommodate guests with any assistance animals. Other things to note
* Guests will provide the name or names of the primary guests in the party who will be staying at the resort. Renter must be at least 21 years of age and be present at time of check-in. No re-renting, leasing, subletting, or transferring of this unit by the Renter to anyone else is permitted. Renter will be entitled to use the resort’s amenities the same as if the Owner were using the unit (unless otherwise specified), and is expected to abide by all of the Resort’s policies while enjoying their stay.
* Security deposit policy: For the benefit of guests, a refundable security deposit is neither collected at time of the Airbnb booking nor is a "hold" placed on the guest card at time of the Airbnb booking for the amount of the security deposit. Instead, the resort will collect a refundable security deposit at the time of check-in at the front desk should there be unforeseen damage or other non-coverable expenses during the guests' stay. The resort or Airbnb may also contact the guest(s) for restitution in the event of damages or other non-coverable expenses.
* Guests will be assigned to their room/villa within the resort upon arrival. Images shown may differ from the actual floor/room/view/patio/balcony, but all villas are comparable and are decorated similarly. If the listing states that you will have a patio, you will receive either a patio or a balcony, depending on the floor received. By submitting a request to book, you are aware and agree to the fact that the floor, location, view, and receipt of either a patio or balcony for your room/villa are not guaranteed.
