Short distance form Tullamarine airport, easy freeway access, 2 light rail tram stops from the beach (Station Pier) and direct light rail to Melbourne CBD. Free car parking in our street. The space itself is large and we are a free standing house.
Shared entry with architectural design business (home office),on ground floor. Airbnb access all off level 1 and 2. Twenty four hour key access via lock box. Owners live close by and can access if there are any issues. Where I can, I would like to greet you at the front door.

Other things to note
Multilevel, stair cases to access all areas. You can book only one bedroom and still have access to the whole townhouse. This is a lesser amount.

Married Couple, teacher and architect, Melbourne born and bred. We bought in the area as we are avid lovers of great coffee, the arts and city vibes. With an array of walking trails; both city and beach, local restaurants and cafes, it was the perfect choice. We have not yet travelled with airbnb ourselves, but our 2 children use it frequently and have now introduced us to the Airbnb world.
