Innes is a warm, welcoming, generous hostess with a wealth of helpful knowledge about the neighborhood, Auckland, and all things Kiwi. Her home is just lovely: modern, spacious, light and airy, beautifully-appointed, with a sunny patio and gardens in which to relax and read. Bedroom, bath, kitchen and living space are roomy and stocked with all the amenities. It's a 5 minute walk to a lovely, safe swimming beach, next to a gym and tennis courts. The public bus stop is minutes from the house, and in 10 minutes one can be in Devenport -- a charming little town where one can shop, dine, and buy supplies at the supermarket - and hop on the 12 minute ferry ride over to the Auckland Central Business District. A beautiful home in a great location, close proximity to travel elsewhere, and a charming hostess. It doesn't get better than this!
