Bring your friends and experience The Villages in this premium home close to Fenney Grill, Spanish Moss Recreation Center which includes shuffleboard, trails, corn toss, outdoor fitness equipment, pickleball courts, and sports pool. All just .5 miles away! You will want to come back year after year!

No cats please. Dogs under 20 lbs allowed with pet fee.
