This waterfront property features a modern design tradition adorned with a warm grey and coral color palette. She boasts of elegance with all wood flooring, a woodgrain beamed vaulted ceiling, and comfort with a stressless chair, oversized receiving room chairs, and overstuffed outdoor cushioned chairs around a beautiful stone ringed fireplace as just some of the furnishings. The stone bar-height dining table seats eight and is right next to the fully equipped tiled outdoor kitchen, making it ideal for entertaining dinner guests under the stars.

As in all of our properties, Casa Valentina's kitchen is fully stocked with all of the necessities to get you started. The four-person sitting room invites intimate conversations with oversized enveloping chairs. This home offers an office off the main great room with glass French doors so you'll feel a part of the group even when you step away for a moment.
The four en suite bedrooms make anyone feel like they are truly in the lap of luxury. The master bedroom holds a king-size bed crowned with an upholstered fabric headboard. Your pool view is accentuated by stunning window treatments. The master bathroom features marble his-and-hers sinks, a free-standing soaker tub, and a walk-in rain shower with neck-high windows for natural sunlight throughout the bathing area.

With a quick, easy route from the main road in, your tropical getaway starts within three minutes after hitting the Island. Take a short walk or bike to Marco Town Center for groceries at the Publix, resort-style shopping, and island dining options. With Marco Island being the largest of over 10,000 islands, there's a lot to explore. Casa Valentina is perfectly situated for you to launch your journey from the nearby Rose Marina with access to fishing or shelling charters, boat rentals, or the Island Princess yacht for a lunch or dinner tour. Feeling like venturing even further? Take the Key West Express from the Rose Marina and be transported across the Gulf of Mexico on a high-speed catamaran to the Keys for the day. You may also tie your own boat to Casa Valentina's dock out back with quick access to the back bays of Marco Island.
