Rocky's Banyan Bungalow is in the center of Hobe Sound & at the heart of the neighborhood ‘Zeus Park’. The area has amazing history & easy access to beach, nightlife, shopping, nature & area activities.

The home is well-shaded by a massive Banyan tree in the front lawn. While retaining ‘Old Florida’ charm, it features modern amenities. Built in 1936, The RBB is one of the rare, original homes of Zeus Park.

The space
From the outside there is a large covered patio area with sitting/dining/entertaining/gaming space.

The patio leads into a large living room with lots of seating. To the right is a separate reading room at the front of the house.

To the left is the kitchen area. It is modern and well-equipped for a comfortable place to cook, dine and entertain friends/family.

From the kitchen, to the right the RBB has two bedrooms and one bathroom.

The Main Bedroom has a king size bed and attached bath. The Main Bedroom opens onto a screened porch on the west side of the house. Perfect spot for morning coffee as the sun starts to peak through the trees and the birds start their morning symphony. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds.

The bathroom has two entrances, from the Main Bedroom and the hallway in front of the 2nd bedroom. It has been fully renovated and has a walk-in shower.

There is an enclosed laundry room with washer and dryer connected to the back side of the kitchen.

There are televisions in the living room and both bedrooms.

The home is incredibly charming, comfortable and has a lot of space for its size. It is furnished with quality decor and some lovely antiques from the owner's personal collection.

Everyone who is welcomed here is asked to treat the property and neighborhood with respect and care.

The RBB is walkable within minutes to restaurants, shopping, groceries, pharmacy, pet care, dog park, public parks, nature preserves, churches, live music, boutiques, salons, massage and more!

Hobe Sound Beach is only 1.25 miles away down an incredible banyan-lined drive/ride/run/walk along Bridge Rd. The area is surrounded by other beautiful beaches along the Treasure Coast from Jensen Beach and Stuart down to the Palm Beach area. There are also many nature preserves nearby (from a few minutes to a few miles) to hike, bike, birdwatch, ride horses, kayak/boat and explore.

For more activities, dining and nightlife options, Hobe Sound is centered between Jupiter to the South and Stuart to the North. You will find more than enough to fill a vacation just a short drive away.
