Cozy living room with wide balcony city view.Perfect for 2-3 people both for short or long stay. Prime location in the heart of Bangkok close to CBD district as Silom and Sathorn area. Very convenient to find nice restaurants, coffee shops and 7-11. Just 4 mins to MRT Samyan and 8 min to BTS.

Enjoy your stay at this 47 sqm well equipped apartment. This is a 1 bedroom(Queen size bed) 1 bathroom with a kitchen with basic utensils for cooking. It’s a cozy and lovely living room and wide balcony with city view.
Our apartment is located on 10th floor in the prime area of Bangkok. Our place is near to public transport such as MRT, BTS and buses.

- 800 m to BTS Saladeang station
- 800 m to Samyan Midtown the trendy lifestyle community
- 600 m to Patpong and Silom Rd.
- 800 m to Chulalongkorn University
- 1.2 km to Lumpini Park
- 2 km to Siam Square
- 3 km to China town
Other things to note
- Making loud noise is prohibited as this building is resident area.
- Smoking is prohibited in the room and common area .
- Party or event is not allowed.
- No illegal things during you stay.
- Please help us to switch off A/C , light and window when you go out side.
- Please take off you shoe and keep in given sideboard before go in the room.
- As our room is not a hotel, we will not clean the room daily but we provide cleaning equipments such as vacuum machine, broom for you.
- Please prepare copy of passport for your all member for making immigration reports.
- Pets is not allowed.
