Located on the 4th floor and quiet, fully equipped and furnished apartment on the main street of Enghien between Enghien station (5-minute walk) and the casino/lake tourist area. Ideal for a couple, with a maximum of one child, to spend a short relaxing stay.
You can drop off your luggage directly and enjoy the bakeries, cinema, pastry shops, ice cream parlors on the street. A Monoprix is
open 7 days a week, at the foot of the building to do your shopping without looking. Welcome!

The space
2 main rooms:
- a 15 square meter living room with a 2-seater sofa bed/ 2 dining areas: at the table for 4 people max, or at the bar for 2 people (for breakfast for example).
- fully equipped open-plan kitchen, with sufficient dishes and cutlery. Linens and paper towels are provided. Hydrolic gel present. Everything you need for floor and surface cleaning (broom, sponge etc).
- a 9 square meter bedroom with a very comfortable floor mattress. A desk and stool, necessary for writing. A very nice view with 2 windows, ideal for quiet teleworking and going out for a break at the bottom of the building: restaurants, bakery, pastry shop, ice cream parlors, food store at the bottom of the building.
- Functional bathroom with sink/mirror/storage + shower + toilet. Hygiene essentials
- tourist area: casino and Lake Enghien within a 5-minute walk (walk around the lake: 1 hour), restaurants, tourist office, boat ride on the lake, train station to Paris or Pontoise/Persan, bus station, within a 5-minute walk. Festival in July.
The market, Place de Verdun, takes place 3 times a week, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.
