The space

Upon entering, be captivated by the breathtaking view through floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room, flooding the space with natural light. This level features a dining table accommodating 6, complemented by a plush top-grain leather sofa and swivel chairs in the inviting living area. The fully equipped kitchen, boasting stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher, ensures convenience for preparing any culinary delight.
There are 2 bedrooms at this level and a common bathroom. Step out through the patio doors to the deck with open views, complete with a grill and a glider loveseat, perfect for unwinding and enjoying the serene surroundings.
Climb up the stairs to access the master bedroom and an attached bathroom with double sinks and a stand-up shower. The bedroom also leads to a private balcony with golf course views and seating furniture.
Indulge in entertainment with individual TVs in the living room and in each of the three bedrooms. The TVs are all brand new smart TVs which gives you access to Netflix, Disney, Amazon Prime, YouTube etc. Please log in with your credentials and log out before your leave. For your comfort, central heating and cooling are provided throughout the home, ensuring a pleasant stay regardless of the season.

Guest access
As a guest, you will have access to the entire house.
The home is part of the Pine Mountain Lake community, which is a gated community, so before your arrival you will be asked to provide us with your details for registration, in order to enter the community gate. Please note that there is a $50 per vehicle (amount subject to change) guest permit fee to access the community and roadways. You will need to pay this at the gate once you arrive. This permit is good for up to 7 days. The security entrance is staffed 24 hours a day. Please pay the attendant upon your arrival. This is a community policy and out of our control. Thanks in advance!
Amenities that Pine Mountain Lake is known for: the lake and beaches, swimming and boating, golfing, horseback riding, a large pool, clubhouse and grill, tennis, pickleball, archery range, etc. Note that some of these facilities are seasonal and might have an additional fee associated with it. The lake is private, and only guests and owners can use the lake and its facilities. You may rent fishing, paddle, sailboats, kayaks, and paddleboards at the Marina by the hour or day. Boat rentals are seasonal and available on specific holiday weekends, so please check with Pine Mountain Lake Marina if you are visiting anytime other than June to August if you are interested in boating.
Other things to note
The home is located around 23 miles to Yosemite's west gate entrance providing convenient access to the park.
The home is a 10 minute walk to the community swimming pool, pickleball courts and "The Grill", the community golf-course facing restaurant.
We do not maintain the propane for the BBQ. However we will gladly reimburse you the receipt for refill/exchange done from local market (MarVal is located right outside the community)
