Pros: The place is very clean, everything is tidy and comfortable, everthing works perfect inside the appartment. Cons: The neighborhood is not quiet; there is a lot of fights and noise going on outside; particulary not safe to walk by night and if you stay in the big room, the window gets the whole noise. Even though the place is clean and functional, you share appartment with 3 more guests, it works like a hostel and you have to share bathroom with many people, which is not bad if you have been told about it before. One thing i really disliked (besides the noisy neighborhood) is that Han came in to our room while i was sleeping with my wife in the morning, to tell us that we forgot to lock the door, regardless if we were "indisposed", something that she could avoid by knocking out the door and just let me know, but she just came in and woke me up.

Response from Han:
I am sorry that this guest was not happy, but they were hardly respectful of any of the house rules. Most important, it this guests belief tha there are fights and the streets are unsafe at night. Hell's kitchen is a very trendy and popular area and this guest might have forgotten that they were visiting a a big city, not really sure where they come from but NYC has some noise. Hell's kitchen is extremely safe and there are multi million dollar condos across te street. I think this guest might have been too scared of NYC to visit, I can't imagine what they thought about times square. Look a this guests reviews and look at all the rest of mine, you can't please everyone and then there are the complainers. I take great pride in having guests happy and make my description clear, a guest should read the description well. Be weary of this guest. To address opening the door, i called three times and knocked multiple times and was worried that they left and didn't lock their door, so this guest took my making sure their belongings were safe as a bad thing. I can't recommed this guest

Great for Solo travellers or first time airBnb users as Han focuses on the safety of her guests first. She's very considerate and works hard to maintain the space. Location is excellent and super convenient. Thanks for a great stay!

This was an awesome find. Han was easy to reach and quick to help us whenever we needed anything. She helped be flexible for our check-in time and was there ready to help us into the apartment. The bedroom was large and the bed easily fit both me and my husband! It was super comfy too. We slept great after long days walking around through town. The bathroom was clean and had everything we needed. There are other people renting out other rooms from Han, but I only saw them one time during our four-day stay. The room has a separate entrance so we didn't even have to go through the apartment to get in. Overall a FABULOUS experience. We will recommend Han and this place to everyone, and we will be back to stay again!

Overall Han was nice. Room is definitely more like a hostel. Many people to share one small bathroom. Guess I should have read the details of the space a little better, not what I expected sorry.
