Caves Ridge Yallingup, is tastefully integrated to border the wonderful gardens of Caves House Hotel, and only a 15 min walk through the trail between Caves House and Yallingup town site, to the white sands of Yallingup beach.

The space

The lower section of the house has a large bedroom, with four comfortable king sized single beds, with TV and DVD supplied. This bedroom has a large timber deck that runs out from the bedroom glass sliding doors. A spacious bathroom with double sized shower and toilet, service the bottom section of the house The Laundry is well equipped with W/machine & dryer to assist those on a longer holiday stay.

The open upstairs section of the house has a wonderfully light fresh feel to it. Incorporated in the one large area are the modern spacious kitchen and dining area, with sliding doors opening onto a large entertaining deck (incl. BBQ & Outdoor setting). The modern classy finishes of this area flow through to the stylish lounge area with comfortable lounges surrounding an open fire (rev cycle air con as well).There is a TV, DVD and CD stereo system in this open area.

The generous master bedroom with king bed upstairs, opens directly into the luxury ensuite with double sized shower, large mirrored vanity, and toilet. A second bedroom upstairs is equipped with a king sized bed and all bedrooms are supplied with quality bed linen and towels. A third bathroom with large shower and toilet , service the upstairs use of the house.

A service area to the side of the house, including outside shower, and clothes line leads directly to the laundry entrance. There is adequate undercover parking for two cars close to the main entrance to the house.

The Caves Ridge property offers exceptional accommodation within close proximity to fantastic surf and swimming beaches, national parks, as well as the world class wine growing region.

All rates are quoted as per number of people, and should not exceed this number. Fees will apply for excess guests not quoted for in original correspondence.

Parties and functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged, is for domestic use only, and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage disposal, wear & tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this will result in considerable additional charges.

Damage, breakages, theft and loss are the tenant's responsibility during their stay. Please advise of any breakages so we can repair or replace as required.

Should any events whatsoever arise beyond the reasonable control of South West Holiday Properties which render the property uninhabitable ( example flood, fire, storm, tempest or the property is sold) then South West Holiday Properties may have to cancel the booking with a full refund payable to the applicant. Should such circumstances arise then South West Holiday Properties will endeavour to relocate the guest to another holiday home of similar standard in the same area. Where this is not possible, all monies paid to the guest will be fully refunded in respect to the property. Upon refund of the monies paid, the guest shall have no further claims , whatsoever against the owner of the property or South West Holiday Properties.

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise is prohibited, and may result in the termination of (URL HIDDEN) trust that you will accept this as a reasonable request as many holiday houses have neighbouring permanent residents.

Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the accommodation is required to secure your booking, and payment of this constitutes the clients acceptance of these conditions.

Cancellations: Deposits are non-refundable 14 days prior to arrival. Peak , Public Holiday & school holiday deposits are non-refundable 6 weeks prior to arrival. .

Strictly no pets

Check-in time: anytime after 2pm **NB these times may be flexible but must be arranged prior to arrival/departure.

Check-out time: 10am*. The property is to be left in a similar state to it's condition on arrival. Unfortunately additional cleaning charges will be applied if this is not respected.

Guests must:
Maintain noise to a reasonable level and, in particular, between 10pm and 8am;
Comply with parking regulations and show consideration to neighbours and other vehicles;
Dispose of garbage and recycling in accordance with the usual practice at the property and in the allocated bins. Guests must not leave excess rubbish in common or public areas;
Notify the Manager of any complaints as soon as is practicable;
Minimise their impact upon the residential amenity of the neighbours and local community.
Be responsible for their Visitors

PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS
In the case of any problem or complaint, you must inform Management at the earliest opportunity so Management has the chance to rectify the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours. Any complaint, which cannot be resolved locally, must be notified in writing to Management prior to departure from the Property. Failure to follow this procedure this may hinder the ability of Management to rectify the problem or complaint and reduce or extinguish any claim you may have.

My husband, adult daughters and I loved our stay at Caves Ridge. The accommodation was very clean and the showers/bathrooms were gorgeous. We were amazed as soon as we arrived at how it was so well presented. The decor was lovely and the high ceilings were amazing. The kitchen had all you would need to make you feel at home. The view of the ocean from the balcony was something to look forward to everyday. Although it was very close to Caves House, the music you can hear would end at 9pm. So there were no issues with getting to sleep at all. It only took about 10 minutes to walk to the beach. I would highly recommend this accommodation and we can't wait to stay there again. Even in the winter time, as there is a lovely fireplace we would love to enjoy.

We had a wonderful time at Rebecca's place. Rebecca emailed me with clear instructions on how to get there and get in and was very responsive with any questions that I had. We had some WiFi issues on the first day, but Rebecca came down to help us rectify it. Lovely place and we would definitely stay here again.

The pictures don't do the house justice! We had such a lovely time staying here. Excellent location, furnishings were lovely (particularly loved the Indigenous art work around the house) and everything you'd need to be comfortable was provided. Rebecca provided some great instructions prior to the trip and there was plenty of info around the house to get your set up and settled in. I would highly recommend staying here for if you're looking for a comfortable stay close to all of the best sites of the Southwest. We look forward to booking it again. Thanks for having us!

Rebecca was super friendly and easy to deal with and gave really helpful directions on where to find the house. Great location right next to Caves. Definitely would like to come back!

Rebecca was very pleasant and easy to communicate with and gave us clear and easy instructions to find and enter the property. The property exceeded expectations and it was perfectly located - walking distance to the local pub/restaurant, shop and beach and only a short drive to town and other nearby destinations. I would stay here again!
