The space
A friendly reminder/disclosure that we have one doorbell camera placed in front of the main door entrance facing the hallway for security purposes. It will be on 24/7.

- Couch (for sitting 3 pax) and a dining table.
- 54" Smart TV w/ free access to Netflix, Disney Plus, Youtube and free Wifi connection.
- Fully Air-Conditioned.
- Kitchen is equipped with an Induction Stove, Fridge, Rice Cooker, Electric Kettle, Microwave, Cutlery Plates, Mugs, Pans and basic Cooking Essentials and Condiments.
- The Bathroom has water Heater and Bidet.
(Photos are representative of the furnishings in the home. From time to time, we update, replace, or move items around to be more comfortable for guests. We don't reshoot photos after each change so you may notice minor changes upon arrival. But, functionality and comfort will be the same or better.)
Guest access
Free access to Swimming Pool on 1st floor. It is open daily from 7:00AM to 10:00PM. NOTE: the pool may be closed at anytime without prior notice for maintenance and sanitation purposes.
(Please wear proper swimming attire like swimsuit or board shorts etc.)
For the first three (3) guest swimming pool is free and exceeding rates are:
Php 150.00/ per guest for Adult
Php 120.00/ per guest for 12 years old and below
Free access to the Basketball Court right beside the swimming pool and open daily from 6:00AM to 10:00PM
Free Access to the Gym located in P3. Please return the equipments where it belongs after use.
(Let us remind ourselves of the gym etiquette)
FAILURE to use the amenities due to temporary closure warranted by condominium administration will not be granted any form of refund.
Other things to note
• We require submission of Passport for Foreigners and any Government-Issued ID for Filipinos as part of a building requirement upon booking and during check -in. This is to avoid any inconvenience during your check-in.
- FREE PARKING: There is one parking spot provided for the unit just in front of the lobby.
• Only registered Guest are allowed inside the Unit. (More than the maximum of 6 guest will be charge 650 per head) if you’re bringing a visitor you need to get permission from us first so we can inform the guard limited to 4 visitors only.
• There will be an early Check-in or late Checkout fee of Php300. (Talk to us first)
• Pets are allowed in the unit with a fee of Php500 per pet, maximum of 2 pets. (There’s a Hachi Dog Park in the property)
• Please turn off the Aircon and locked the Unit door everytime you leave.
• Keep the key card with you. Lost key card has a replacement fee of Php300
• We do not have everyday house keeping services (Cleaning is done every week for longer stays).
• Any damage & lost items to the Unit, whether accidental or willful is the responsibility of the Registered Guest and will be charge according to its cost.
• No hanging of clothes in the Balcony (Use the drying rack).
• Please respect our neighbors and refrain from making alot of noises. (THEY ARE VERY SENSITIVE WITH NOISES). You will be responsible for paying the 2000 violation fee).
• Quiet time is 10:00PM to 8:00AM.
• Strictly NO SMOKING inside and outside the loft. (Violation has a Penalty Fee of Php3500)
