Our villa, Kyo-Alpe, was built in 2024, located at Combe de Lancey, between Chambéry and Grenoble, offering breathtaking views of the mountains and the Dent de Crolles. The accommodation has a private indoor pool with a jacuzzi area, and a sauna, allowing you to relax in a Zen atmosphere. Japanese-inspired interior decor adds a touch of elegance and originality. The space
Warning: In case of two guests, you will have one room available room. If you would like a second room, please let us know when you make your reservation. We will prepare the bed linens and do the cleaning. In this case, a supplement of 30 euros will be applied.

This villa has two apartments: one on the garden level and the other on the ground floor with mezzanine. Your apartment is on the ground floor and mezzanine. Guests stay in the garden-level apartment. However, you have no common space with guests on the lower floor and there is no one opposite, neither on the terrace, nor inside or outside the building. Only the exterior staircase leading to the entrance is shared.
Your accommodation of approximately 76 m² offers a comfortable living space as well as exclusive access to a 28 m² indoor pool/jacuzzi, including massage jets and bubbles, as well as a sauna. The pool has double access: from a bathroom equipped with a shower and through a large bay window overlooking the 46 m² terrace offering an unobstructed view. The dimensions of the pool are 6 m x 2.8 m x 1.4 m deep. This pool is a private space attached to your home and is only open to you 24 hours a day. You have no common space with guests on the upper floor and there are no neighbors, neither on the terrace nor inside or outside the building. Only the exterior staircase to the entrance is shared.
Your accommodation consists of a bedroom of about 10 m² with a bed of 160 cm x 200 cm, and a mezzanine bedroom of about 16 m² with its own shower room and toilet. It is equipped with a 160 cm x 200 cm bed and a pull-out bed for two people. The accommodation has a cathedral living room with large windows with breathtaking views of the mountains.
A fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal, including an oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, induction stove, fridge and dishwasher. A dining area is also available. Two bathrooms and two separate toilets are present in the accommodation. You also have a private terrace of about 46 m² with panoramic views of the mountains and the Dent de Crolles, equipped with a barbecue, table and outdoor chairs.
Numerous activities are available nearby, such as walks, hikes, skiing and paragliding.
Guest access
You will have access to the upper ground floor of the house where the pool and terrace are located as well as the mezzanine.

Attention: In case of two guests you will have a room at your disposal. If you would like to benefit from a second room, please let us know when you book. We will do the bed linen and cleaning. In this case the additional 30 euros applied.
- Our property accepts groups of friends up to 4 people maximum. For families, we accept up to 6 guests maximum.
- You can park a maximum of two cars in the parking lot.
