A funky stay in the village of Philmont just outside the city of Hudson. A place to rest your head for the night or have a fun weekend with friend enjoying our psychedelic art collection.
Located off Exit 91 of the Taconic State Parkway.
15 minutes to Hudson
20 minutes to Taconic State Park
20 minutes to the Berkshires
20 minutes to Catamount Mt. Resort

Pet Friendly with fenced in front yard.

The space
This Airbnb is a multifamily house on the main street in the village in Philmont with a fenced in front yard with grill and seating. The hosts live in the upstairs apartment while the downstairs apartment is for the guests.
The guest's apartment has a full kitchen and bathroom. A dining room with an airhockey table and small dining table. As well as a living room where the 2 bedrooms are attached.

Guest access
Guests can access the apartment through the front door. The back door is an emergency exit only.
Parking is located around the corner of the house.

Other things to note
The host does utilize the entire house when no guests are staying. The freeze and fridge do store extra food, but for longer stays, it can be cleared out to accommodate guests.
