Unique, pretty & charming house, for 6 people, in a small, private & secure residence.

Ideally located for visiting the French Riviera.

Several south-facing gardens & terraces, on 3 levels, consisting of a living / dining room, with a terrace offering beautiful views of the sea, old Eze, and the stone viaduct of the corniche.

Above the living room, the mezzanine with a bedroom / office & a bathroom, then on the garden level 2 bedrooms with access to the terrace, 2 bathrooms & a laundry room.

The space
This charming and lovingly decorated house has a surface area of 120 m². It is fully equipped and air-conditioned throughout, with free Wi-Fi access (fiber optic).
Spread over three levels, it is composed as follows:

On the ground floor, the entrance, the bright living/dining room with double height ceiling and large bay windows opening onto a south-facing terrace with lounge seating, dining table & chairs, and panoramic views of the sea and the old village of Eze. Behind the living room is the fully equipped kitchen (hob, oven, integrated fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, dishes, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, juicer) and near the entrance, guest toilets (with an amazing hand basin, a creation by the artist Zwy Mishtein).

On the mezzanine, a bedroom with its closet, an office area and a bathroom.

On the garden level, the main bedroom suite with its dressing room and bathroom (with a large walk-in shower, double sinks, toilet & bidet), and the third bedroom, the bathroom opposite (with a bathtub, washbasin unit, toilet and bidet), several closets, and the laundry room at the end of the hallway. Both bedrooms open onto a terrace with deckchairs and a small garden below.
