3 double beds + 2 futons, 1 bathroom remodeled with nice tile shower. Big fenced yard, Full kitchen thats fully stocked except for food (but no dishwasher), 3 HD flatscreen TV's with nice sound system (bluetooth and MP3 compatible), Fast WIFI, 5 bikes, off street parking, central AC/Heat.

The space

This cute 2 bedroom house with chain-link fenced huge back yard is set among ancient live oaks draped in Spanish moss. Can sleep 12, but that is very tight in this house and with only 1 bathroom.
Two bedrooms(two double beds in one bedroom, one double bed in other bedroom) and THREE double futons in living room, so TOTAL OF SIX DOUBLE BEDS.
Three wall mounted 42"' flat screen tv's with Dish and HBO.
The house has the best location on the island to access anything you want to do. Take an easy half mile walk to Redfern Village shops and restaurants. Bikes are included (helmets recommended but not provided).

--HOUSE INFO--It's about 950 square feet with six (6) double beds, a great front porch, hardwood floors and tiled bath and kitchen, huge backyard and the best new 46' and 39' LED hdtv flats on the wall in every room, Polk soundbar and subwoofer in living room, ATT internet, and lots of parking in the yard. A charcoal grill and picnic table are in back yard under a huge magnolia tree. Four free bikes are on your porch. No smoking indoors.
There are 2 full size beds in one bedroom and 1 in the other bedroom, there are 3 futons in the living room (but I would not recommend having all of the beds being used due to there only being on bathroom), plenty of sheets, towels, cookware, dishes, and full size washer/dryer, beach towels, four beach chairs, cooler. The kitchen has a coffee pot, blender, and a toaster oven, which are all new, plus of course a full size refrigerator/freezer and range.

--EASY TO BEACH-- Address is on Stewart Avenue, St. Simons Island, Georgia 31522. 2 miles to the beach. Walk or bicycle or drive, sidewalk all the way, over 300 free parking spaces at beach. There's a beautiful pavilion built 2008 with rest rooms at the Old Coast Guard Station, and about 300 parking spaces, all free.

--EASY RESERVATIONS-- All booking online and the website automatically schedules your reservation.
--EASY TO GET IN--You get a numerical code to enter house, and you are in fast. No paperwork to sign or chasing realtors begging for keys.
--EASY TO STAY CONNECTED--The owner provides your own AT&T high-speed internet connection.
--WHY STEWART AVENUE?-- There are three areas to stay on St. Simons Island, all are within two miles of each other: Redfern Village, East Beach, or the Village. This house is in the Redfern Village area, directly in between the island's biggest shopping center (Harris Teeter Grocery and movie theater) and the Winn Dixie Shopping center. When on vacation, you'll probably go to the beach only once a day but to a store or restaurant at least twice a day. So overall but especially for stores or restaurants, this Redfern Village is the best location. The second area is near the Village (not Redfern Village), but there is no actual beach at the village, only huge rocks on the beach. It is a pretty area to walk or dine, but if you stay there you will absolutely have to drive to the Redfern Village area for stores groceries and restaurants. The third area you can stay is East Beach, near the King and Prince resort. You're near the beach, but you will be driving to The Village to walk around and to the Redfern Village area for shops, stores, and restaurants. There are over 300 free public parking, spaces at East Beach, so there is no particular need to stay near the beach since everything is so close.

Full access to whole house and 3/4 of the big fenced yard.

Interaction with guests

I will be available to help with your stay. Depending on the dates it might be only through phone and text or most likely in person. (I do have 1/4 of the back yard fenced off so that I can access the storage shed without interfering with guest or dogs in the back yard.)

Willys home is perfect for a weekend getaway. My boyfriend and I went with another couple and our two dogs. The space was perfect and the fenced in backyard gave us security and space for the dogs to play. Close to the beach and shops nearby. We rode the bikes to the winndixie and cooked all of our meals!! We will definitely stay again!! Thanks for everything.

Willy was easy to work with and quick responding to questions. Place was clean, comfy and our dog loved the back yard. Only stayed one night but it was just what we were looking for.

We had a group come stay here for a wedding, and it was the perfect spot for our needs. Between the two bedrooms and futons, everyone in our group had a spot to sleep. The location was three minutes away from the reception, too! Such a great, simple, clean spot.

Your cabin is very well thought out and main reason I choose it was for my pooch. The neighborhood is a quiet one. It was unfortunate the house next door is being renovated. They're many activities Willy has setup to enjoy.

Just a few minutes drive to the beach, pier, and shops and restaurants. We also drove to Jekyll Island with ease. Lovely and comfy house, great front porch and backyard. The dog appreciated that!

Great place in a nice quiet neighborhood. The fenced in back yard was great, and the house is well taken care if. Very clean and had everything we needed. We will certainly be back!
