Other things to note
The home has a 30 day minimum due to the Residential Zoning. 2-3 week stays considered. We do have a Security Deposit requirement beyond what airbnb collects and that is refunded with 14 days of departure minus cleaning fee. Our cancellation is 60 days prior Not the same as airbnb as well. If we are able to rerent within those 60 days then you get full refund of the Security Deposit which is $2000. Depending on how the house is left the cleaning fee Can go over the $700 collected by airbnb and the overage would come out of the Security Deposit prior to refunding balance.
Very well since this is in the middle of a Residential neighborhood and not a resort zoned area.
