Peaceful, clean and approachable location. No issues with check-in. Beautiful stay. Few issues though but i am sure that can be sorted out before anyone decides to check in. Please include some salt, sugar and oil in the kitchen. Also locks in the bathroom would be nice. Wifi connectivity in some rooms in the first floor was a problem.

There are lot of factors, which makes you like or dislike the overall experience of staying in an apartment and while you would like most of the things, but even small things can put you off. In our case, we really liked the apartment from inside, its attached balcony and pool and even a small fact that it has 3 bathrooms for a group of 6 or more (a rarity in Barcelona, or even Europe). However it would appeal to a very selective group of people, and unfortunately we were not the ones. The neighbourhood is very quite and even the apartment complex is very quite, with instructions of keeping quite post 8pm. Even the thin walls, will not help, which we realized when even a normal conversation among us friends, drew our neighbours ire at 11pm at night. The locality is a bit far and while a subway station is at 15 mins walk, but for a tourist who wants to enjoy both day and night life of bustling city like Barcelona. If you are on a tight trip schedule of say 3-4 days, and not meticulous with planning, like us, then it is certainly not advisable. Its an apartment maintained by professionals ( as perceived by us), so most of things in the apartment are kept to bare minimum, be it the artefacts or the kitchen essentials, etc, which may not give you a homely feeling, like what we have experienced in other stays of Airbnb. So overall, while it would be unfair for us to say that the apartment per se, is bad, but I can just say that we have had much better experiences in 6 of the other Airbnb stays we have opted for in the past. All said, Barcelona is great city and we wish best for anyone planning to go there. We stayed in La Sagrera for 4 nights and it is in a lovely neighbourhood. The apartment is nice and comfortable but we were a bit disappointed after arriving on a late flight to find that there were no basics like tea and coffee or anything in the fridge to welcome us. The rooms were nice and the pool area is great for unwinding and relaxing.

Nice and clean apt. Driver was a bit late and more expansive than a regular taxi, the guy who met us at the apt could not ask several of our questions. The dishwasher was broken. But beside this the apt was amazing. Very clean, and in a safe neighbourhood. We loved the location!

We spent a great week - 4 of us - in David's apartment and couldn't be happier. Good space, clean and a short walks the metro - nice and warm in the apartment with good facilities. Small issue with shower but otherwise really happy. All logistics and organisational boys and pieces ere seamless. Thanks!

Everyone staying at the apartment had a very nice time. The listing was exactly as described and David and his team quickly answered our questions and sent all necessary information. The apartment was clean and had all amenities (dishwasher, washing machine etc.). We had one minor issue where the air condition in one of the floors didn't work the first night, but this was sorted out the very next day as soon as we contacted the owners. The flat also had private parking available, which, although we didn't use it, is very practical as it's difficult to find parking in the street in the area. All in all, it was a very nice stay, and we hope we can rent the flat again in the future.
