This beautiful, handmade and newly launched cosy space sleeps two in a double bed.

In its own private, enclosed garden on our small farm. With a handmade log-fired hot tub, under cover BBQ area and our bespoke, tiny home-inspired dining & shower space.

The space
Situated on our small farm, complete with our three pet Highland cattle who you are welcome to meet, and our three baby boer goats. Tucked away with a fenced private garden, featuring a log fired hot tub and under-cover outdoor BBQ area.

Perfect for relaxing and getting away from it all, or as a base to explore the local area.

If you’re looking for something dog friendly and a little different, we also have a Shepherd's hut tucked away to enjoy the peace too (see our other listing).

We will give you the grand tour when you arrive.

Guest access
The Gypsy Wagon sits within its own secure fenced garden, a little walk up a grass track from the ample car parking that is available on site.

There is a small flight of steps up to the Gypsy wagon. The hot tub and shower/dining space are also accessed up a few steps so please take a look at the pictures to make sure you’re happy with the steps.

Other things to note
Our little farm is powered by 100% renewable energy! And the Gypsy Wagon is powered by its own solar array, which is ample to power phones, lights, fridge, etc. but please be mindful of this when planning your stay (if you have any questions, let us know).

We are just off the Wolds Way and we know some lovely local walks and biking routes. We will be happy to share them with you. And we’re only a short drive from the beautiful city of York or stunning coastlines.

We also offer Highland Cattle Experiences, which are the perfect way to meet the boys up close. Please be aware, these must be booked before your stay.

We’re also less than an hour from the beautiful Flamborough cliffs and Fraisthorpe Beach. And less than 10 minutes away are Allerthorpe Lakeland Park, Burnby Hall Gardens, the KP Golf Club & Spa.
