The space

Nice, cozy room with private bathroom in one of the best neighborhoods in Santiago.
+Netflix and cable TV
+Possible dinner and gym if you can accommodate to our schedule

-Sysmic safe building with 24 hour concierge and surveillance.
-Very sunny appartment.
-Equipped with air conditioner, ionizer and fan.
-The place is nicely decorated in light tones and with a lot of plants, and we guarantee it will be super clean at your arrival.
-The kitchen is fully equipped with unstick cookware (not Teflon), anti bacterial quartz surface, lots of appliances and a laundry machine. There is also a laundry room in the building, with washers and dryers (I usually wash at home and then use those dryers).
-Very good sound isolation, neighbors are not disturbing at all.
-We also have a 6 mts balcony with solar led illuminated bushes, plants and a working electric barbecue, which looks really cute by night.

-The room has a very comfortable bed. It will be set with fresh 300-thread-count 100% cotton linens for your comfort. Two pillows will be available, a soft one and a memory foam. During bad weather, an electric warmer will be set up under the bed.
-The room has access to the balcony and a private bathroom with toiletries, fresh towels and a hair dryer.
-The room has Wifi, cable tv and Netflix.

Guests can access their room and bathroom, living room and kitchen.

The building is located in the El Golf commute, which combines residential appartments and modern tall business buildings, parks, embassies and hotels. The neighborhood is by far the best place to be if you are a tourist, being the place in Santiago which best combines accessibility, aesthetics, safety and things to do.
The apartment is very close to:
-Santiago’s best malls (Costanera Center and Parque Arauco) – Both at a 15-20 minutes walk or a short cab drive (+- $5).
-Nature: There is a small park less than a block away and it is also a walking distance or a short cab drive from Parque Araucano and Parque Bicentenario.
-Groceries: Convenience store 50 mts away and a supermarket at about 2 blocks.
-Health: One block from a very reputable Health provider.
-Church: There is a Catholic church a couple of blocks away.
-Many food options: Very close (5 blocks away) from Isidora Goyenechea, one of the gourmet spots in the city, full of restaurants and gourmet places, plus a 24/7 Dennys. There are also a couple of options less than a block away!

-We will lend you a BIP card that you will need to use public transportation (subway and buses). You can charge it with money in the Alcantara metro station or I can have it pre-charged for you if requested.
-Alcantara Metro Station (red line) – ½ block away. A station that gets a lot less crowded than Escuela Militar, El Golf and Tobalaba.
-If you are renting a car, we can lend you our parking space in the building.
-There are also a lot of buses and a bus map will be provided.
-There are plenty of taxis around the neighborhood. You can install Uber, Safer Taxi or Easy taxi. Any of these apps should get you a taxi in just a few minutes!

-The building also has a pool and that is open at all hours.
-Also you can access the terrace in the top of the building, where the view of the neighborhood and Las Condes in general is mesmerizing.

Barbara User Profile

I'm from Santiago, Chile and will be travelling with Francisco, my boyfriend of almost 6 years, from April 8 to April 30 2016 to Europe.

About me, Barbara (31): I'm a business major and I work as a Digital/Internet Manager for one of the biggest health insurance companies in my country. I love to go out and well, doing just about anything. I also love cats and dogs, so if you have one I'd be very happy! I speak english very well since I spent all my school years in a british school.
About Francisco (29): Francisco is a Civil Engineer and works in planning in the automotive industry. He likes sports and sports and then again sports, literally every single sport out there.

In regards to accommodation, our only request is for the lodging to be non smoking and to have wifi, so we can call home and plan our trip.

We promise to behave well and take care of all your stuff even better than we would treat ours. We are super clean people. Actually, you probably wont see us much since we want to make the most out of our stay :D.

NOTE: We previously traveled to USA twice (New York, Boston, Washington, Niagara Falls, Las Vegas, San Francisco, Yosemite, San Diego, LA and Orlando). So now were heading towards the old continent! (Madrid, Toledo, Barcelona, London, Paris, Brugges, Rome, Pompeii, Venice, Firenze, Milan, Amsterdam, Koln, Nuremberg, Stockholm, Zurich, Vienna)
