A quiet semi-detached house in a cul-de-sac, with three bedrooms (2 king-size double beds and a single bed), a newly renovated bathroom, 2 toilets, a study, terrace and balcony, space for two cars on the property, charging station for electric car. The house is freshly insulated: warm in winter, cool in summer.
7 km to Salzburg city centre, 6 km to the motorway, 5 km to the airport, 60 m to the bus station - bus runs every 1/4h on weekdays. The city centre is 25 minutes by bus, 15 minutes by car and 30 minutes by bike, along a stream.
