Hi my name is Claude. I’m living in Paris with works of artists and music. I spend also a lot of time in Tel Aviv where I tried to create a place who looks like me, in link with this vibrant city. Come to see and share it with me !
In a Bauhaus renovated building, at the corner of Ben Yehouda and Trumpleldor, you will enjoy the town animation (restaurant and stores between Bograshov and shuk ha carmel) combined to the beach at 200m. You will be In quiecy as soon as you go inside the appartment. At the first level (4th floor), wood floors and feng sui spirit designed the entrance and the 2 rooms. (1 bed in 1,60 ; 2 beds in 0,90). You will sleep well ! 2 modern bathroom powered by hot water tank with timer, easy to use. By interior stairs, you will access to a full of light space including saloon, dining room and large kitchen, with vue (sea) at 360° and bordered by 2 terrasses (One of 50 m2). The balance of the construction keep the place hot in winter (the rooms are protected) and quite fresch in summer (making easily air stream with the numerous windows). You will find books, pleyel piano and board games in the house, for your pleasure !

1) Electricity is very expense in Israel. Be gentle and cut the air conditioner and/or heater when you leave the house. It's very quick and easy to refresh ou heat!! Thanks for taking care of our electricity spending during your stay...

This was out first air bnb experience and was superb. The apartment is bright, airy and spacious with a large roof terrace which is totally protected from the wind. Well equipped throughout and we particularly appreciated the large living space upstairs. Literally 2 mins from the beach, easy reach of anywhere, 10 mins to the Shuk Hacarmel and from Dizengoff. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Although you can hear traffic when outside there is no noise inside once the doors are closed.

We stayed one week at Claude's apartment and enjoyed it very much. The flat is located very close to the beach, that's why it was our favourite. We loved the possibility of a short swim in the morning before breakfast. The street in front of the apartment has a lot of traffic, which means that the beautiful roof top is not really quiet, but we got used to it and loved it nevertheless. It is gorgeous to sit outside in the evening without anyone watching you. The area around the apartment is not really good in shape as is the house itself, but once you are inside the flat you love it. But you will have to accept that the main entrance door is open all the time, so everyone can get into the house. The apartment is locked with a key code which is such a good idea, because you don't need to carry a key with you while being at the beach. It was very easy to use the key code so I don't understand why one of the guests had so much difficulties with that, we simply loved the easy way without the necessity of passing keys to one another. It is very spacious and with the two bathrooms and the third extra toilette in the upper floor very convenient for 3-4 persons. Most of the furniture has a special modern beautiful design although some of it is a little bit worn out as for example the couches which have some spots. And although there is a dishwasher you can not use it, because it is broken and nobody fixed it during our stay. The flat was cleaned ok, but not spotless as we found hair from other guests in the shower and on the floor. Nevertheless we loved being there and there is everything you need in the kitchen, bathrooms and other room. Claude is a wonderful host, she answers immediately and is very friendly. We appreciated very much that she provided things like sope, tea, coffee, oil and spidery so that we did not need to buy every little bit you need for a one week stay.

We spent 6 nights in Claude's apartment. It is absolutely beautiful & the location is wonderful! Close to the beach, loads of restaurants & shops. You can walk to most places & public transport is available outside your door. Can't wait to go back!!

Very centrally located, modern duplex apartment with high standard. Awesome terrace with great view over the city (and sea view from the smaller balcony). Claude was a very helpful host and replied always very promptly.

I let Claude know that I would be arriving a day later than I had booked for and she left me the code for the front door. Unfortunately the code was so aggravating every time we had to enter the apartment. It sometimes took us over 40 times entering the code for it to work. I notified her and she sent her son to "fix" it but all he did was change the code. It was extremely aggravating because I had my kids with me and many times we would come and they would be exhausted from the beach and would want to sleep and we had to enter the code over and over and over... the elevator was extremely small also and was broken for one of the days we were there. Once inside the place was very nice except I had to kill at least 3 very large cockroaches. Also, the hallways had lots of dead and smushed cockroaches as well. The apartment was a good size and the two bedrooms were fine for me and my kids who are still young and small and sleep together in the bed. ;) There is a nice sized balcony which we never really used because it was too hot outside to be out there for long. We weren't in the apartment much since we were traveling up north and around constantly so it was a perfect home base. When we were there and not sleeping, the living room upstairs was a nice place to relax. The location is good and close to the beach which made our stay there a good alternative to staying in a beachfront hotel. The AC worked well.

Perfect location in the heart of the city. 2 min walk to the beach 10 min walk to the marked Lot's of shops and restaurants in the area
