ATTENTION: Cudillero is enjoying a unique village where the houses are “hanging”, that is, on a steep SLOPE. A physical effort is necessary, work your legs and your heart. BEATRICE is in a privileged location because you can (not GUARANTEED) get by car to the door and even park if there is room available. There is also parking 300 m uphill.
The space
Chez Beatrice is built on a plot of the S.XV that was owned by the Marquesa Valdés and her husband, great navigator español and brother of the Adelantado de Avilés. In turn, it is located in the middle of the climb to one of the three mountains that form Cudillero. Despite being on a big slope, it is one of two streets that a car can pass through. Formerly it was the only street in the village. It is located in the Amphitheater, declared jointly to historical-artistic. A place known as the Los Miradores route, where going up and down is part of the great charm of coming to the one that is considered, one of the most beautiful villages on the Spanish coast.
We love to host but we also respect our guests privacy. We are here to help as much as you like.
Choosing Chez Beatrice is choosing a place where you will feel right at home. You will do daily holy exercise for your legs and your heart and you will gain in tranquility, romanticism and good rest as it is away (5-7 minutes walking) from the kitchen area, restaurants and nightlife.
We take care of all the little details and are always listening to make it the best stay for you.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, an induction hob, a range hood, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, a coffee maker, a juicer, and the necessary utensils.
In the bathroom you can have shampoo, gel, soap, bath cap and boletero as well as a dryer and toilet paper. Towels and linens will be provided. Towels are changed for stays longer than 5 days (at the guest's request) and sheets for stays longer than a week, in which case the house is cleaned as long as it is tidy and guest-free.
There is an outdoor terrace for exclusive use in which there is a small table and two chairs. You can also enjoy part of the medieval garden for sunbathing or lounging. Children cannot go down without adult supervision because of the danger of heights, water and work tools in some areas.
The house is located in Cudillero, one of the most valued fishing villages in Asturias, just over 10 minutes from different beaches, sandy, stony, wild or blue flags. With numerous hiking or dining routes.
Before your arrival we will send you all the visit plans to places of interest that you can do as you come with babies, children, teenagers or adults.
We have put a lot of enthusiasm on this project. Beatrice we fell in love for its distribution, the light, the clarity, the air that mixes between the sea, the river and the mountain. In the same house, depending on the room, you can see the sea, the forest or the plot. You don't know what's more beautiful!
We like to participate in plans and experiences with guests, always at a distance but always very present. We also give the space they need if they want to discover everything for themselves.

Other things to note
The house is located on one floor. However, access to it can be complicated for people with reduced mobility. There is no ideal place in CUDILLERO as it is a hanging village. Beatrice is one of the few that can be accessed by car although not all drivers have the experience to do so.
