The space
Villa La Romana is a charming property in traditional Algarve style, perfect for a peaceful family holiday, located in Sesmarias, in the Galé area, just a short walk from the beach.
The cosy living and dining room offers direct access to the outdoor area, creating a comfortable space to relax at any time of day. On the ground floor, there is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.
Upstairs, the villa features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds, as well as a shared bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped and provides everything needed to prepare meals in comfort, in a practical and well-organised space.
Outside, the property features a well-kept garden, a private swimming pool that is heatable (additional cost), and a ping pong table for fun family moments or games among friends.
The barbecue, next to the outdoor dining area, invites you to enjoy long afternoons in good company, in a calm and welcoming atmosphere.
Villa La Romana is located about 15 minutes on foot from the beach and the centre of Galé, where you’ll find a great selection of bars, restaurants and local services.
The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).
Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating.
Important Note: While we make every effort to ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay, it is important to keep in mind that certain external factors may be beyond our control. Situations such as nearby construction work, indoor or outdoor odors, noise from neighbors or animals in the surrounding area, as well as occasional interruptions to water or electricity supply, may occur. Additionally, due to the geographical and climatic characteristics of the region, the presence of insects is possible, despite the preventive measures in place.

All the extras must be paid by credit card only, at least 2 weeks prior to your arrival. You will receive an email via our booking system requesting secure authorisation of the payment. There is a mandatory booking handling, insurance and archive fee of 2,9%, to be added to the cost.
