Beautiful and spacious apartment ideally located in a mixed area of Quebec City, just steps away from the historic downtown area. The apartment is equipped to accommodate 2 people (one queen-size bed). WIFI, TV, Nespresso machine, dishwasher and microwave. Linens and towels will also be provided.

The space

- Charming and comfortable studio apartment.
- Located in downtown in the trendy mixed district of Saint-Roch.
- Fully equipped with sheets & towels for stays of 20 days and less (1 towel/ person).
- You will be able to access the laundry room located on the 2nd floor ($).
- Access to WIFI.
- Air conditioning is available from June to September.
- Note that we include 2 coffee capsules/person per stay to allow our customers to start their stay hassle-free.
Other characteristics to take into account:
- Note that heating is available from +-October to +-May.
- No bicycles are tolerated in the rental units. Please contact the owner to find out the appropriate place to store your bike or any other.
- The rental does not include access to parking. There are however parking possibilities in the surrounding streets.
- Check-in will be autonomous and can be done from 4 p.m., check-out is until 11 a.m. on the day of departure. Additional charges apply for late check-out.

Housing:
- You will appreciate my accommodation for its location and its equipment.
- The apartment can accommodate 2 people and is located on the 2nd floor (middle).

For your convenience, you will have at your disposal:
- A friendly and spacious living room with sofa and TV.
- A fully equipped open kitchen: fridge, freezer, oven, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, kitchen utensils, dishwasher, iron, and table for 2 people.
- A beautiful bathroom with bath/shower and toilet.
- Pleasant bedroom with queen-size bed and storage space.
- Please note that the window blinds are not blackout.

When you rent an apartment, the entire space is reserved for your exclusive use.

Check-in instructions will be sent to you before noon on the day of your arrival.
