Quindalup Beach is just the place to stay, when seeking a quiet holiday break. Located approx 4.5 km from Dunsborough town, "Edgewater" is the perfect property for a relaxing family holiday on the Quindalup Waterfront.

This 2 storey, 4 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathrooms home has been freshly appointed with superior furnishings throughout. Equipped to sleep 8 people, the master bedroom has a King bed, the second bedroom and third bedrooms have 2 king sized single beds in each room and the fourth bedroom downstairs has a queen bed. All quality linen is provided for your stay. This house is well designed for those with children, providing a separate T.V / DVD and games room downstairs.

Upstairs is the spacious, modern, open plan living/dining area and fully refurbished kitchen. This area opens onto a generous entertaining deck with BBQ and alfresco dining, as well as a separate deck area with comfortable lounges and market umbrellas.

There are 2 bathrooms in this home, one with a shower & toilet (upstairs), and the other is part of the laundry downstairs with a shower and separate toilet. The fully equipped laundry is also provided for those staying a little longer, with a front loader washing machine and dryer.

With reverse cycle in both upstairs & downstairs living areas and with open fireplace downstairs, it makes for a comfortable holiday option any time of the year.

The house has a mooring available out the front for up to 22ft boats. The Quindalup boat ramp is about 700m down the road from the property.

- This Property is not suitable for Gatherings or Events. It is for accommodation purposes only. Sorry we do not accept Student or Leaver bookings.

All rates are quoted as per number of people, and should not exceed this number. Fees will apply for excess guests not quoted for in original correspondence.

Parties and functions are strictly prohibited. The price charged, is for domestic use only, and not commercial. Accordingly this rate does not allow for extra wear associated with functions in terms of cleaning, garbage disposal, wear & tear, repairs etc. Use contrary to this will result in considerable additional charges.

Damage, breakages, theft and loss are the tenant's responsibility during their stay. Please advise of any breakages so we can repair or replace as required.

Should any events whatsoever arise beyond the reasonable control of South West Holiday Properties which render the property uninhabitable ( example flood, fire, storm, tempest or the property is sold) then South West Holiday Properties may have to cancel the booking with a full refund payable to the applicant. Should such circumstances arise then South West Holiday Properties will endeavour to relocate the guest to another holiday home of similar standard in the same area. Where this is not possible, all monies paid to the guest will be fully refunded in respect to the property. Upon refund of the monies paid, the guest shall have no further claims , whatsoever against the owner of the property or South West Holiday Properties.

Disturbance to our neighbours, including excessive noise is prohibited, and may result in the termination of (URL HIDDEN) trust that you will accept this as a reasonable request as many holiday houses have neighbouring permanent residents.

Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the accommodation is required to secure your booking, and payment of this constitutes the clients acceptance of these conditions.

Cancellations: Peak , Public Holiday & school holiday deposits are non-refundable 6 weeks prior to arrival. .

Check-in time: anytime after 2pm **NB these times may be flexible but must be arranged prior to arrival/departure.

Check-out time: 10am*. The property is to be left in a similar state to it's condition on arrival. Unfortunately additional cleaning charges will be applied if this is not respected.

Guests must:
Maintain noise to a reasonable level and, in particular, between 10pm and 8am;
Comply with parking regulations and show consideration to neighbours and other vehicles;
Dispose of garbage and recycling in accordance with the usual practice at the property and in the allocated bins. Guests must not leave excess rubbish in common or public areas;
Notify the Manager of any complaints as soon as is practicable;
Minimise their impact upon the residential amenity of the neighbours and local community.
Be responsible for their Visitors

PROBLEMS OR COMPLAINTS
In the case of any problem or complaint, you must inform Management at the earliest opportunity so Management has the chance to rectify the situation as quickly and efficiently as possible. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours. Any complaint, which cannot be resolved locally, must be notified in writing to Management prior to departure from the Property. Failure to follow this procedure this may hinder the ability of Management to rectify the problem or complaint and reduce or extinguish any claim you may have.

Awesome house, perfect for small groups of 4-8 people for a little weekend getaway. Right in front of the beach which makes it super easy to go for a morning swim or evening dip (we even saw a dolphin right up close). Would 10/10 recommend staying here.

The house was lovely and the pictures don't do it justice! Rebecca had turned on the heating before we arrived, which added to the hospitality. Situated only a short drive to Dunsborough and many wineries, was a great spot!

This is a very nice house; and we saw some rays, dolphin and octopus in the jetty near by :) Rebecca was very kind and confidente to accommodate one more day extension to our stay. thank you!

I recently stayed at the beautiful Edgewater house with 3 couples! We had a lovely stay in Quindalup! The house has a fantastic large balcony/alfresco area! We spent most of our time here, with wine & cheese, surrounded by the magnificent trees. The beach is just across the road and there is even a glimpse of the ocean through the trees from upstairs. I highly recommend staying in this house. I would like to visit again in winter so I can use the fireplace downstairs!

Nous avons passe un excellent sejour a Edgewater! La maison est ideale pour deux familles: trampoline, balancoire et panier de basket dans le jardin ont fait la joie de nos enfants et la terrasse est tres agreable (avec une mini vue sur la mer). Il suffit de traverser une petite route et vous etes sur une piste cyclable qui longe l'ocean. La plage est tres belle avec une petite jetty parfaite pour les pecheurs! Nous avons vu beaucoup de raies aigles et de dauphins. La situation de la maison est aussi parfaite pour visiter la region. Apres une belle journee decouverte, rien de tel qu'un feu de cheminee. Rebecca a toujours ete a notre entiere disposition et a repondu rapidement a nos messages. Les enfants ne voulaient plus partir et se sont mis d'accord pour revenir avec le soleil!
