About this listing
Come stay in my lovely Arts & Crafts bungalow when you are visiting Ann Arbor. The house is on the bus line and just a one mile walk to Liberty and Main Streets. Free parking available. The bed will sleep two snuggly, but more comfie for a single.
Cozy first floor bedroom with a double bed, chest of drawers and closet for your use. Blackout shades for anyone who needs to sleep in. Full shared bathroom adjacent to the room - a bathrobe is provided. You are sharing the house with me and Louie, my Border Collie mix pup. Occasionally I host other guests on the first and/or second floor. In general, please assume there will be other people in the house during your stay.
Access to living room, dining room and kitchen. When the weather is nice, there is a furnished front porch and furnished deck in the backyard. There is room for one car to park in the driveway. Please confirm that there is space when booking your stay. If not, there is ample street parking (no time limit) only one house away.
Interaction with guests
I am available at various times, but can always be reached by phone or text with questions.
Other things to note
I am an early riser. I try very hard not to make much noise, but the house is old and creaky floors and rattly pipes are part of the charm. Louie is the handsome pup who has roam of the house or yard when I am home. He will be kenneled or with me when I am away.
Please be neat and clean and respect the house as if it were your own. Please recycle and compost as much as possible. I am always available to answer questions about either.
Please, no smoking in the house or on the porch or deck, and no pets. No table scraps to Louie. No firearms or fireworks permitted on the property at any time.
Cancel up to 24 hours before your trip and get a full refund, including service fees.
