The space
Welcome to your perfect lakeside getaway in the heart of Osage Beach! Our cozy retreat offers all the comforts of home with the added perks of resort-style amenities.
• 1 bedroom unit featuring one queen-size bed, alongside another bedroom equipped with two twin-over-twin size beds.

• Boat slip may be provided upon request with a fee
• We offer jetski lift at $15 per day. Please inform us in advance if you would like to rent one during your stay.
• Note: Pets are not allowed in this unit. However, we do offer a pet-friendly room. If you are traveling with a pet, please reach out to us and we would be happy to assist you with booking our pet-friendly accommodation.
• Please note that the fish washing station is not operational at this time, and there are currently no grill stations on-site.

Other things to note
• Guests of the resort are permitted to swim only at Dock B. Usage of any other docks is prohibited unless a slip has been rented from us.
Pets are not allowed. Guests who bring pets without prior approval will be subject to a charge of $300 per pet
To ensure the comfort and quality of your stay, our property is designed to accommodate up to six guests. For each additional guest beyond the fourth, there will be an extra guest fee of $15 per night. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with providing additional amenities and maintaining a high standard of service for all guests.
EARLY CHECK-IN REQUEST: Please message us two days before check-in date. Availability depends on whether we have a same-day check-out and our cleaners’ schedule. Additional fees may apply based on the time requested.
LATE CHECKOUTS: For late checkout requests, please message us a day before your scheduled checkout. Availability depends on whether we have a same-day check-in and our cleaners’ schedule. Additional fees may apply based on the time requested. Guests who overstay without prior approval will be charged $100 per hour, rounded up.
• Please note that guests do not have access to the mailbox. If you plan to ship items to the property, only UPS and FedEx deliveries are allowed.
• Please note that our pool and other amenities are currently undergoing renovations. During your stay, you may encounter some construction activity. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding. If you have any questions or need further information, please don't hesitate to ask.
• For all non-Airbnb reservations, we require guests to provide photos of their IDs along with a selfie holding the ID for registration purposes. This process ensures the safety and security of our guests and property. Please rest assured that all submitted information will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for verification purposes.

• Guests under the age of 25 are restricted from booking entire place if they live locally and don’t have at least 3 positive reviews
• Please honor quiet hours from 10 pm - 8 am
• Items Left Behind: Shipping starts at $25. For bigger items, the cost may vary
• NO VAPING/SMOKING allowed whatsoever inside the property. This is strictly enforced. If cigarette butts are found inside, there will be a $250 charge for lingering interior smoke smell
• Park your boat trailer on the south side of the property where other trailers are parked perpendicular to the road leading to the exit and boat ramp.
• We are pleased to offer a range of amenities to enhance your stay. Please note that these items are provided for your convenience during your visit and should remain at the property upon your departure.

The resort has parking for one car per unit. If you have more cars, please use the overflow parking. During holidays, a car pass is required and must be displayed to avoid towing.

While we aim to minimize any inconvenience, we'll notify you in advance if any scheduled appointments coincide with your reservation dates.
