This place is in a fabulous location, direct metro to the airport, 2 steps away from numerous delicious cafés, walking distance from the Seine. Great mix of new kitchen & bathroom, with the charm of large Parisians windows and creaky wooden stairs. Would highly recommend for a couple or 2 friends.

This apartment is beautifully appointed and in a very central location:walking distance to Notre Dame and the Louvre. Plenty of restaurants and nightlife nearby. As others have said, the apartment is noisy if you leave the windows open and the internet failed for a couple of days. But Elizabeth rectified this as soon as she could. The facilities are beautiful with a gorgeous bathroom and kitchen. It was clean, well decorated and quite a large space for central Paris. Would certainly stay there again.

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION If you are planning a stay in Paris you cannot go past this amazing apartment. Three of us stayed here in July and it was great, close to many stations which have direct lines to the airport and main train stations which was very convenient. The apartment is right next to an amazing street with many restaurants and patisseries to grab a croissant for breakfast. The street itself is lively, but quiet enough to sleep when you close the windows. The apartment is self is large enough for a couple and a child or a friend, everything in the apartment worked well for us. The apartment is so well situated, one of us had a sprained ankle and was still able to easily reach everything in the area, thanks to the great location.

This apartment was wonderful! This trip was my fourth time to Paris (I had visited twice as a tourist and then lived/studied there for a summer); knowing the city, I was particularly looking for this location (the 6th arrondissement) because it has so much Parisian charm, great restaurants, and it is super central to everything. You have a lot of metro lines nearby, but you can easily get to almost all of the main attractions of Paris. The apartment was just like the pictures. It was very modern yet charming, on the 1st floor (you walk up one set of stairs), very clean, the bed was comfortable, the small kitchen was nice (it even had an espresso machine and there were a few coffee pods for it laid out in the kitchen for us to use), and the bathroom was very modern. I stayed here with my boyfriend and it was a great size for two people, cozy but not too cramped. Also if you are thinking of having three people stay here, the "third bed/couch" is very small...great as a couch to hang out but I would not recommend squeezing three people into this apartment. Checking in/out of the apartment was very easy and Elisabeth was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The reason I gave this apartment 4 stars instead of 5 are: 1. The wifi was terrible: it didn't work in most parts of the apartment, and in the spots where it did work it was very slow. 2. It was very hot out while we were there and the apartment did not have air conditioning (which is typical for Paris and we expected that)...normally you would just open the windows to cool the apartment down a bit but there were no screens on the windows so bugs came in and bit us, and the windows could not be cracked open, they could only be swung fully open, meaning that everyone on the street could see into the entire apartment and there was no privacy. It was also incredibly loud on the street at all hours of the day and night...this was fine with the windows closed but way too loud with them open. So all in all we ended up keeping the windows shut but then we were sweating and uncomfortable all day and night. 3. The shower in the bathroom was a shower head mounted over a bathtub, with no shower curtain or door. Since the bathroom was small, this meant that every time we showered the entire bathroom would get sprayed and flooded with water, which got pretty gross and made being in the bathroom a bit uncomfortable. 4. When we arrived there was so soap in the apartment and only two small rolls of toilet paper...since we were staying for an entire week we had to go to the grocery store to buy soap and toilet paper. This wasn't a big deal since there are so many grocery stores around, but I...

We couldn't have asked for a better location! There are many wonderful restaurants and shops within walking distance, you're only a few blocks from some major attractions like Notre Dame, Saint Chappelle and Jardin du Luxembourg. Also, being a short walk to the Metro station meant that the rest of Paris was easily accessible to us. The flat was clean, looked exactly as it did in the pictures and was a comfortable spot for 2 adults to stay for a week. It was well appointed with the basic necessities needed for a stay. There even was a hair dryer! Elisabeth was very responsive to us and found that check-in and check-out easy. The only thing to keep in mind is that with the great location, comes street noise. The flat is on the 2nd floor and there are a few spots on the street that get pretty busy at night time! If you are an early to bed type of person - you may be bothered by the street noise. Given that Paris is a big city, and this flat was so centrally located, we expected some kind of noise and didn't detract from our experience at all.
