Please note ground floor is for private use by owner on occasions and fully separated from any other guests with double glazed frosted private Foyer doors noise reduction block out curtains.

Enjoy your Own private entrance , walking up one flight of easy stairs with parking directly outside home.

The space
The Seagull Apartment is a peaceful, light filled, with beautiful views to the Ocean and Granite Island.

The apartment offers 3 Bedrooms with QS beds , although bedrooms are on the smaller side they are private and have built in wardrobes for storage.

You can enjoy a large bathroom , shower and toilet.

We will have fresh quality linen , fresh mattress protectors , comfortable quilts on all beds.

A complimentary starter pack to get you started is supplied for your stay, which includes tea, coffee, sugar, milk , cleaning products, washing machine detergent , toilet paper, hand soap, and body wash.

We offer Air conditioning , Full Kitchen, Washing machine , Dishwasher and a large Smart TV.

Outside area has a Cane Lounge suite and an Outside table to enjoy the beautiful Sea views.

The ground floor is for private use and only used on certain weekends. by owners, however please note the guests have full privacy at all times.
We have internal frosted double glazed foyer doors upon your entry that have full noise reduction curtains covering the foyer doors , complete privacy is ensured at all times.

Parking is offered at the front of the home .

Strictly no smoking and No parties , we have beautiful neighbours that we respect their privacy.
