Lewam - First off, I would like to say thank you for your review and allowing me the opportunity to host you and your group. I greatly apologize for any miscommunication throughout the duration of your stay. I would like to take this opportunity to clarify just a few statements you made in your review. 1.) Guests do NOT have to wash their own bedding, used linens or dirty towels - I simply request that they strip their beds before departure. Neither are guests required to sweep or mop any floors. All guests are more than welcome to leave any casual items behind in the fridge as you stated earlier (tea, water, coffee, etc.). I do however ask they clear the fridge of any half-eaten or leftover food items so it doesn't leave a funky aroma for the next guest. 2.) I would like to apologize if you picked up any tone in our text messages as I was simply copy and pasting the House Rules & Checkout Procedures you previously agreed to at time of check-in. I am at fault for not having a visible copy/printout of the house rules & checkout procedures. Unfortunately the previous guest before you spilled coffee on them and threw them away. I was in the process of re-printing them during our debate. Again, please note I enjoyed you as a guest along with your group and I apologize for any miscommunication. I wish you all the best on your upcoming AirBnB endeavors. Cheers & safe travels.
