Welcome to our nice apartment of 74 m2 at Gyldenpris.

The apartment is newly renovated with 2 large bedrooms, new kitchen and bathroom. Large living room with fireplace and exit to balcony overlooking the city mountains.

Only 5 minutes walk to a newly renovated Damsgårdssundet with several restaurants, beach, cafes and pubs.

Here, city center buses run frequently or 15 min. walk to the city center. Grocery store nearby.

The leaf trail is located in the area just behind the apartment.

Parking available for a fee outside the apartment.

Bedroom 1, facing the main entrance: use of bed, and dresser in front of the bed, as well as TV. Window here has electric roller blind and control unit is located on bedside table.

Bedroom 2, facing the common garden: use of bed, wardrobe.

We make the bed for you for an additional NOK 100 per person.
