Interaction with guests
We will be on site in the main house from July to mid-September but you're welcome to do your own thing! All year round Guardian on site provides security, wood for fires, and maintenance. More accommodation will be available in the main house from November 2016, where there are four en-suite rooms and another two rooms (one double and one triple), with direct access to two showers and WCs, a large dining room and kitchen with fabulous outdoor terrace, fountain and access to roof terrace.
Set in a beautiful unspoilt and protected Thuya forest, with just a few neighbours, each with their own land, in a walled plot of almost 3 acres. We've just started planting and landscaping, hence the bargain price for such unique accommodation.
You'll need your own transport (we can introduce you to rental companies, depending which airport you're coming from) as this is a countryside property some distance from the main road but very convenient at only around 15 minutes from Essaouira, with shops, souq, many restaurants and hotels, museum, art galleries, and spas. Camel trekking, dune buggies, kite, wind and regular surfing courses, yachts for hire, etc. We can recommend some places both in and outside the main town. A haven for those who are into exploring a wonderfully unspoilt area with great accesses to excellent surfing beaches both to the North (Moulay Bouzertoune) and South (Sidi Kaouki).
Other things to note
Affectionate dogs on site provide extra security as well as fun (for dog lovers). The small villas have surrounding fences with gates to provide security for those who don't want the dogs to visit them. Satellite internet access and WiFi, access down an unmade road that's in pretty good condition, manageable by normal cars/vehicles.
With respect for the beautiful natural environment. Instructions for the disposal of waste will be provided. The property is served by a combination of mains and solar electricity and gas for cooking.

We train Clinical Hypnotherapists, Psychotherapists, Counsellors, Coaches, and run a Licensed Centre for the Society of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), as well as Dr Paul Ekman International courses in EQ. We love the arts, performing, creative, music, etc. and have a wide range of eclectic interests. We're in the process of gradually moving over full-time to our place in Morocco. The two small houses are available for rentals, preferably a minimum of a week, during the next year or so, and the main house is available too until next June, and rooms in it will also be available for some of the time whilst we're living there. After next summer (2017) we'll have a full time couple living on site instead of the current resident guardian, to look after us and our guests and we'll only let out the 'Gatehouse' villa, and some of the downstairs bedrooms in the main house unless we're away, when the large house will also be available.
