The space
The Mini Departamento has 42 square meters with its layout :
-01 Master Bedroom: 2-seater bed, 32"Smart tv, recessed closet, Maletero, Black out curtain.

-Dining room, with futon (sofa bed and a half, the 4th person would sleep there), Smart TV 43", dining room for 4 people.

- We have a Belgian Shepherd named Maxie. She lives in our little house next to the Mini Apartments. She doesn't bother guests. At night, she may bark if she sees strange people in the street or if she hears any noise.
- The parking area is outside the property.
- We have Starlink high-speed Wi-Fi, the fastest and most stable in the area.
- There is a well-stocked shop/winery 3 blocks away, on the avenue.
- Bed linen, towels, shampoo, liquid soap, soap and Ph included.

Where you’ll be

We are in a very quiet residential development, there is no traffic and at night it is super quiet for a good rest. The streets are unpaved (dirt) so if it does not rain for several days, there may be dust, typical of country residential developments. We have a beautiful view of the mountains and the valley, but just 5 minutes from the Plaza de Armas de Oxapampa, which allows us to be close to everything and at the same time enjoy the experience of the countryside.
